Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or manufactured. Successful cancellations will receive full refunds. Orders cannot be cancelled once products have been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Buyers may request returns within 14 days of receiving goods.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Buyers are only responsible for one-way shipping costs (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be charged to consumers.
Refund Processing (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting returned items, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
